To create a scheduled meeting, start by opening the Zoom app on your computer.
- On the Home page, click on the Schedule button. The icon is a blue calendar.
- In the modal that shows, enter:
- Name of the meeting as the Topic
- Date and Time
- Any other advanced features, like meeting permissions
- You shouldn't need to change the security or meeting ID settings.
- If you want your meeting to sync to your Google Calendar, under the Calendar section, click the radio button next to Google Calendar.
- Click Save.
Once your meeting is scheduled, you can copy and share the invite with others.
