To Use Desktop Computer with Plasma screen
  • Turn on computer. There is a wireless keyboard available to use from any location in the room. (If keys are not functioning properly, press the blue FN and NumLCK buttons at the same time. If the wireless keyboard is still not functioning, please call 5700 to report the problem. There is a wired keyboard available under the cabinet for use as backup.)
  • To display computer image on plasma screen, use Control Panel on top of AV cabinet.
  • Press Display On button. 
  • Press PC button.
  • Computer image should appear on screen.
  • You may adjust the aspect ratio of the image by pressing the Aspect button on the control panel.
  • Adjust volume, if needed, with volume knob on control panel.
  • When finished, log off computer, then press the Display Off button for 3 seconds.


To Use Laptop with Plasma screen
  • There is a laptop cable hung over the back of equipment cabinet. Plug laptop cable into laptop's external monitor jack.
  • Turn on laptop.
  • To display laptop image on plasma screen, use the Control Panel on top of AV cabinet.
  • Press Display On button.
  • Press Portable PC button.
  • Laptop image should appear on screen.
  • You may adjust the aspect ratio of the image by pressing the Aspect button on the control panel.
  • Adjust volume with knob on Control Panel.
  • When finished, turn off and unplug laptop, then press the Display Off button for 3 seconds.

To Show A DVD or Blu-Ray disc
  • Press the eject button on the front of the Blu-Ray player and put your disc in. It can play either standard DVDs or Blu-ray discs.
  • To display DVD image on plasma screen, use Control Panel on top of AV cabinet.
  • In the middle of the Extron touch panel (pictured above), there are source icons.  Push the "Blu Ray" button.
  • Use the provided remote control to access DVD menu items and play the disc.
  • You may adjust the aspect ratio of the image by pressing the Aspect button on the control panel.
  • Adjust the volume using the volume knob on the control panel.
  • When finished, turn off the projector by pressing the Display OFF button for 3 seconds.
  • Eject the DVD.
