How to Request Available Services


Requesting Available Services
In addition to allowing users to request spaces for their events, the Kenyon Reservation System also allows users to request certain additional services for their meeting, such as tech support, catering, and maintenance requests.

These services are booked from within an existing reservation. To begin, click on the event name under My Bookings on your My Home page.  If you do not see the booking that you are wanting to add services to, you will need to find the event date first.



Then click on the Event Name.



Under the Reservation Tasks, click the Add Services link.



Click the service that you would like to request. Fill out the quantity and any special instructions and click OK.



You should be taken to a screen that looks like this one. If you are requesting multiple services, you can continue to add other services from this screen.  If you are finished adding services, then click on the Next Step button.



The next screen is where you designate which bookings to apply your services.  Checkmark the desired booking(s) box and then click on the Add Services button.


Then you will be taken to a summary of your bookings.  To see the services that you just added, click on the View Services link.  Or to add more services or delete existing services, click on the Manage Services link.



Services now show.



As you request services, please be mindful of the deadlines for requesting each service.
