Deadlines for Requesting Available Services


When using the Kenyon Reservation System to request available services, the system automatically includes deadlines for each service as directed by the service organizations that manage them (AVI, LBIS, Maintenance, etc...) to ensure that they have enough time to process the requests and fulfill them. Please be mindful of these deadlines.

The deadlines for each service are listed below:
AV and IT Equipment...........................3 business days
AV and IT Personnel............................72 hours before event
AV and IT Setup Notes.........................72 hours before event
Catering Equipment.............................at 4:00 pm 5 business days before the event
Catering Menu....................................at 4:00 pm 5 days before the event
Catering Personnel..............................at 4:00 pm 5 days before the event
Catering Setup Notes..........................at 4:00 pm 5 days before the event
Maintenance Event Furniture................at 4:00 pm 3 business days before the event
Maintenance Linens.............................at 4:00 pm 3 days before the event
Maintenance Personnel........................at 4:00 pm 3 days before the event
Rosse/Storer Hall Setup.......................2 business days

Once a service’s deadline passes, the option becomes greyed out in the way that “Catering Equipment” is in the screenshot below. Therefore, once the deadline passes, it is clear that the service is unavailable, and it is impossible to request the service through the system.
