To Use the large screen TV with Zoom Room technology
- Locate the Samsung TV remote control, and press the red power button.
- Select the HDMI 3 input.
- Locate the Zoom Room touch panel on the counter below the TV. To begin a Zoom meeting, press the orange "New Meeting" icon.
- Once active, you can invite an offsite participant. Press the "Invite" icon. Select the "email tab" at the top. Type in the remote participant's email address, and a Zoom link will be sent to them via email.
5. Once connected, you may adjust the view, by selecting the "View" icon and choosing your desired option.
6. To adjust the camera angles, press the "Camera Control" icon, and use the arrows to adjust the tilt and pan of the camera. Use the + and - icons to zoom in and out. Alternatively, you may select Auto-framing, if you want the camera to follow the speaker automatically.
