Claim your account
New staff and faculty will receive an account claim notification via email to their personal email address before their contract start date.This account claim information is sent via email to your personal email address. When you receive this email, follow the instructions provided to create your Kenyon email password, set up the mandatory Google Two-step verification (2SV), enroll in Duo two-factor authentication, and to receive your Kenyon email address.
Your Kenyon google mail username and password will be used to connect to a host of computer, software, and online services at Kenyon.
