Save Print Options as a Preset
To save any of your print options to set as a default or to access them easily in the future, create a preset for your printing preferences.
  1. Open a file that you want to print. Click File>Print, then select the public print queue.
  2. In the Ricoh Print Dialogue window that appears, click on the pull-down menu on the top labeled Presets and choose Save current settings as a preset...
  3. Enter a name for the printing preset you are creating, such as Black & White, then click OK.

Change Printer Resolution Settings
Kenyon's Ricoh public printers in Kenyon's public labs can print up to 1200 dpi. This setting is available through the print dialogue on the document you would like to print.
  1. Open a file that you want to print. Click File>Print, then select the public print queue.
  2. In the Ricoh Print Dialogue window that appears, select Printer Features.
  3. Find the Resolution pull-down menu and select your desired resolution.

Select the Paper Tray
These instructions detail how to select which paper tray you would like your document to print from in macOS. This is most often used to print documents from the Stack Bypass when using specific paper. These instructions are specific to the Ricoh models in most of Kenyon's public computing labs.
  1. Open a file that you want to print and go to File>Print and select the public print queue.
  2. In the Ricoh Print Dialogue window that appears, find the centered pull-down menu and select Paper Feed.
  3. In the pull down menu labeled All Paper From select the paper tray from which you would like to print.
