To Use Desktop Computer with LCD Projector
  • Turn on computer and log in. There is a wireless keyboard/trackpad available for control from any location in the room. (There is also a wired keyboard available.)
  • On the control panel, Press the Display On button. 
  • Press PC button.
  • Computer image should appear on screen.
  • Adjust volume, if needed, with volume knob and volume icon on the computer's taskbar.
  • If you need to temporarily darken the screen, press the PIC MUTE button.
  • When finished, log off the computer, then press the Display Off button.

To Use Laptop with Projector
  • There are two locations where one can plug in a laptop. There is a laptop cable in the cabinet under the computer and there is also one at the front of the room, near the desk.
  • Plug laptop cable into laptop's external monitor jack, and connect the audio cable to the headphones jack on your laptop.
  • Turn on laptop.
  • To display laptop image on projector, use the Control Panel at the rear cabinet, next to monitor. (Pictured above)
  • Press Display On button.
  • Press Portable PC 1 or 2 button.
  • Laptop image should appear on screen.
  • Adjust volume with knob on Control Panel.
  • When finished, turn off and unplug laptop, then press the Display Off button.

To Show a DVD or Blu-Ray disc
  • The Blu-Ray DVD player is located in the cabinet below the computer monitor.  It can play either standard or Blu-ray discs.
  • Press the eject button on the front of the Blu-Ray player and put your disc in.
  • To display the DVD image on the projector, use the Control Panel on top of cabinet, next to computer monitor. (Pictured above)
  • Press the Display On button.
  • Push the "Blu Ray" button on the control panel input selector.
  • Use the control panel controls to navigate the DVD menu and to play the DVD.  A remote control is also provided.
  • Adjust the volume using the volume buttons on the control panel.
  • When finished, press the "Display Off" button.
  • Eject the DVD.

To Use the Document Camera
  • To display a document under the Samsung Document Digital presenter document camera, use the Extron Control Panel on top of instructor station (pictured above).
  • Press and hold ON for two seconds. Button will blink, indicating that the projector is slowly turning on.
  • Press the DOC CAM button on the Control Panel input selector.
  • Use the controls on the Samsung document camera to adjust the focus, position, and lighting of document.
  • When finished, press the Display OFF button, holding it at least 2 seconds until it starts blinking. Turn off the document camera.
