Using the video wall:
STEP 1
Using the small touchscreen control panel on the lectern press Press to Begin. After the system loads, press PC under Sources and Send to All will ensure your sound and video will be sent to all appropriate outputs.
STEP 2
Login to the classroom PC with your Kenyon credentials (use the remote control on the lectern to activate the floor monitors).
AUDIO CONTROLS
To adjust the overall audio, use the controls on the Video Routing page at the bottom right of the screen.
To adjust the audio of individual microphones select Audio Controls at the bottom of the touch panel and Mic Inputs at the left side of the screen.
Here you can mute/un-mute individual microphones as well as adjust their volume.
Turn to the back page for instructions on connecting a laptop or screen casting using iOS and Android devices.
END OF SESSION
Be sure to logout of the PC and on the small touchscreen select the Power button at the top right to power down the auditorium before you leave.

Connecting a laptop:
STEP 1
Turn on the classroom AV system using the small touchscreen control panel on the lectern. Press Press to Begin.
STEP 2
Connect your laptop to the system, using the provided HDMI cable located on the lectern, and select the appropriate adapter on the cable for your specific laptop port.
STEP 4
On the touchscreen’s Video Routing page, select Lectern (HDMI) under Sources and on the far right select Send to All.
END OF CLASS
Disconnect your laptop and on the small touchscreen select the Power Button at the top right to power down the classroom before you leave.

Wireless screen casting with room TV for Android:
Using the small touchscreen control panel on the lectern press Press to Begin. After the system loads, press Apple TV under Sources and Send to All.
Follow the onscreen instructions.
Your device must be connected to “Kenyon Wifi” or “Kenyon Devices” network(s) in order to use this service.
When finished presenting, disconnect your device and power down the system.

Wireless screen casting with room TV for iOS:
Open AirPlay on your Apple device and select Oden Auditorium from the list of devices.
A code will appear for you to input on your device.
