Call forwarding

Forwarding your phone will send callers to another recipient. If you are out-of-office, you can forward your calls to someone else.

If you want to permanently forward your calls to a receptionist, you should set up call delegation instead. Using call forwarding to bypass the approval process for delegation is a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

You should not set up call forwarding to forward calls to your personal cell phone. Instead, use the Zoom app software client on your cell phone to receive calls.
