To Use Desktop Computer with LCD Projector
  • The computer is located inside the instructor's lectern.  Log into the computer.
  • To display computer image on projector, use the Control Panel on the lectern. (Pictured above)
  • Press the center blue ON icon, or press the Display On button. The projector will turn on.
  • Press the PC button on control panel.
  • The computer image should appear on screen.
  • Adjust volume, if needed, with volume knob on control panel and/or the computers' volume icon in the task bar.
  • When finished, log off computer, then press the Display Off button to shut down the projector. 

To Use Laptop with Projector
  • There is a VGA laptop cable next to the monitor on top of the instructor station. Plug the VGA laptop cable into your laptop's external monitor port, and connect the audio cable to the headphones jack on your laptop, if needed.  If your laptop is enabled for HDMI, you can use the HDMI cable instead.
  • Turn on laptop.
  • To display computer image on projector, use the Control Panel on the lectern. (Pictured above)
  • Press the center blue ON icon, or press the Display On button. The projector will turn on.
  • Press the LAPTOP button on the control panel.  If using the VGA cable, select VGA on the touch panel.  If using HDMI, select HDMI.
  • The laptop image should appear on screen.
  • Adjust volume, if needed, with volume knob on control panel and/or the laptops' volume icon in the task bar.
  • When finished, disconnect your laptop and press the Display Off button to shut down the projector. 

To Use Apple TV
  • To wirelessly display your device on the projector, use the Apple TV input on the lectern Control Panel. (Pictured above)
  • Press the center blue ON icon, or press the Display On button. The projector will turn on.
  • Push the "Apple TV" button on the control panel.
  • Your laptop or portable device must be connected to the "Kenyon Devices" wifi network in order to communicate with the Apple TV.
  • Once connected to "Kenyon Devices", select the AirPlay icon at the top of your laptop screen (looks like a rectangle with a black triangle) and then select "TMB 4 Apple TV."  For iOs devices, swipe up from the bottom of your screen to access the Control Center, and select the AirPlay icon.
  • (Instructions for doing this should also appear on the projector screen once you select "Apple TV" on the touch panel.)
  • Your device's image should now appear on the projector screen.
  • When finished, press the AirPlay icon to disconnect.
  • Press the Display Off button to shut down the projector.

To Show a DVD or Blu-Ray disc
  • The Blu-Ray DVD player is located inside the lectern.  It can play either standard or Blu-ray discs.
  • Press the eject button on the front of the Blu-Ray player and put your disc in.
  • To display the DVD image on the projector, use the Control Panel on the lectern. (Pictured above)
  • Press the center blue ON icon, or press the Display On button. The projector will turn on.
  • Push the "Blu Ray" button on the control panel.
  • Use the control panel controls to navigate the DVD menu and to play the DVD.  A remote control is also provided.
  • Adjust the volume using the volume buttons on the control panel.
  • When finished, turn off the projector by pressing the "Display Off" button.
  • Eject the DVD.
