Transferring Calls


In a call, press the Transfer button to initiate a call transfer.
  1. Enter the name or number of the person you are transferring the call to.
  2. Choose the type of transfer to initiate:
    1. Warm transfer: speak to the new agent before transferring
    2. Blind transfer: transfer without speaking to the new agent
    3. Transfer to voicemail: transfer directly to the new agent's voicemail
