1. In a web browser, navigate to vpn.kenyon.edu.
2. You will automatically be redirected to Kenyon's single sign-on (SSO) page. Enter your username and password, then press
Submit.
3. You will also need to confirm your identity using Duo two-factor authentication. Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your identity—this example picture shows Duo Push.
If you are prompted to save your device, choose the appropriate option. Choosing Yes will allow Duo to "remember" your browser for a few hours.
4. After you have authenticated, you will be greeted with the Palo Alto GlobalProtect web-based VPN. This will allow you to connect to resources off-campus as if you were on-campus. Choose
PersonalAccess Pages.
5. A new tab or window will open in your browser, this time for your Personal Access Page, which is being proxied through the web-based VPN. You will need to log in again, this time to your PersonalAccess Page (MyBanner). Login to Kenyon's SSO and verify your identity using Duo one more time.
6. You should now see your Personal Access Page (MyBanner). From the main menu, choose
Personal Information.
7. From the Personal Information page, choose Update Personal Information.
8. A new tab or window will open in your browser, this time with your personal information. Scroll down to the Phone Number
section, then click on the pencil icon to edit your phone information. If you do not already have an existing phone in MyBanner, click on
Add New to create a new phone number.
9. A new modal will open allowing you to create or edit a phone number. Enter your new phone number, then click on Add
or Update to save the phone number.
