Colburn Hall audio system


Colburn Audio System Instructions:

  1. Press the Touch Panel to start.



  1. For Music only, press the “Music Only” button.  To use the Microphone and/or music, press the “Music Speech Mode”.  To plug in an audio/mic mixer, press the “Mixer Mode” button.
  1. To pair your smartphone or device to the audio system, turn on the Bluetooth feature on your device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop), then press and hold the white “PAIR” Bluetooth button (located on the white panel under the touch controller) until the blue light starts to blink.  Next, on your device, ensure that RDL_BT_DD shows up as an option, and click on it to pair with the Colburn audio system. Once paired, the panel will show a solid blue light, and your device will show it as “connected.”  Play music using your music player app, and adjust the volume using your device and/or the slider on the right side of the touch panel.  Press the X icon under the slider to mute the sound temporarily.  (X icon will turn red while muted.)
  1. To use the microphone, plug it into the “Mic” XLR input below the touch panel, and select “Music Speech Mode” on the touch panel.
  2. To plug in a wired device, use the “AUX” input, using either the 1/8” mini input, or the dual RCA (red and white) inputs.  You must provide your own cables for connection.
  3. To plug in an audio mixer, use the left-hand side XLR input jack, and select “Mixer Mode” from the touch panel.
  4. When finished with your event, press the “Shutdown” icon on the touch panel.
