Making a call using the handset
- Pick up the handset
- If you have multiple lines, press the button under Lines, then press the button next to the line you want to use
- Enter the phone number or extension using the keypad
- Press Send to place the call
- A green light will show next to the active line on the screen
Making a call using the speakerphone
- Press the button next to the line to use and listen for the dial tone
- Enter the phone number or extension using the keypad
- Press Send to place the call
