To Use Desktop Computer with LCD Projector
- The computer is located inside the lectern at the front of the room.
- To display computer image on projector, use the Control Panel on top of instructor station. (Pictured above).
- Press and hold Display On button for two seconds. Button will blink, indicating that the projector is turning on.
- Press PC button on input selector of control panel.
- The computer image should appear on screen.
- Adjust volume, if needed, with volume knob on control panel.
- To temporarily mute the image, press the PIC MUTE button on the control panel.
- When finished, log off computer, then press the Display Off button, holding it at least 2 seconds until it starts blinking.
To Use Laptop with Projector
- There is a laptop cable next to the monitor on top of the instructor station. Plug laptop cable into laptop's external monitor jack, and connect the audio cable to the headphones jack on your laptop.
- Turn on laptop.
- To display laptop image on projector, use the Control Panel on top of instructor station. (Pictured above)
- Press Display On button for two seconds. Button will blink, indicating that the projector is turning on.
- Press Laptop button on control panel input selector.
- Laptop image should appear on screen.
- If needed, adjust volume with knob on Control Panel. If audio does not work, try unplugging and re-plugging the adapter into your laptop.
- When finished, turn off and unplug laptop, then press the Display Off button, holding it at least 2 seconds until it starts blinking. Projector will then turn off.
To Use Document Camera with Projector
- There is a Document Camera next to the monitor on top of the instructor station.
- Push the power button on the document camera.
- To display document camera image on projector, use the Control Panel on top of lectern. (Pictured above)
- Press Display On button. Button will blink, indicating that the projector is slowly turning on.
- Press DOC CAM button on control panel input selector.
- Document camera image should appear on screen.
- If needed, adjust volume with knob on Control Panel.
- When finished, turn off document camera, then press the Display Off button, holding it at least 2 seconds until it starts blinking. Projector will then turn off.
To Show A DVD/Blu-Ray
- Turn on Blu-Ray player, located inside the instructor station. Insert DVD.
- To display DVD image on projector, use Control Panel on top of instructor station. (Pictured above)
- Press Display On button. Wait until light stops blinking.
- Press the DVD/Blu-Ray button on Control Panel input selector. Use the provided remote to control playback.
- Adjust volume using knob on Control Panel.
- When finished, press the Display OFF button, holding it at least 2 seconds until it starts blinking. Projector will then turn off.
- Eject DVD and turn off DVD player.Press Laptop button on control panel input selector.
